Details：

Blade ring is used together with the connector, the two complement each other. The standard laboratory accessory system is operated by applying external pressure (or clamping) to the outer wall of the piping system. Although the nut provides the driving force for the compression, but through the blade ring pressure to the pipeline system, the pipeline system fixed in the correct position.

In any connection system, it is not possible to only use the joint alone, because the pipe can not be clamped, and if there is no transmission power from the joint, the blade ring can not clamp the pipe wall. The joint and the blade ring must work together to provide reliable and consistent support and sealing for outside of pipe wall.
