In order to further improve the PEEK product quality and better meet the special application needs of customers in various fields, Junhua PEEK sets up 280 square meters of 100,000-grade clean workshop. This workshop is established strictly in accordance with the GMP(GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES) standard and has been put into use after passing the GMP certification test of Changzhou Municipal Food and Drug Administration in this mid-June.

A Clean Room is also named Dust-free Room. It refers to a specially designed room that removes particulate matter, harmful air, bacteria, and other pollutants from the air within a certain space and controls the indoor temperature, cleanliness, indoor pressure, airflow velocity, and airflow distribution, noise, vibration and lighting, and static electricity within a certain demand range. That is, no matter how the external air conditions change, its indoor can all maintain the original set requirements of cleanliness, temperature, humidity, and pressure performance characteristics.

At present, the following equipment production lines are equipped in the clean workshop by Junhua PEEK: PEEK medical catheter extrusion line, 3D printing filament extrusion line, PEEK parts assembly, cleaning and packaging process in the field of precision analysis and optics, and special injection molding machines for medical PEEK and PPSU parts will also be equipped in this July.

The clean workshop can effectively control the number of dust particles, temperature, humidity, pressure, and other production environmental factors in the workshop for a long time. Therefore, it is especially suitable for the production of some products with strict requirements on the production environment and high precision. Such as medical PEEK catheters, medical-grade rod/sheet/tube, PEEK tubing for the analytical instrument, PEEK screw/fitting, PEEK filaments for 3D printer, PEEK/PPSU, and other high-performance engineering plastic products used in food& beverage production line.GMP authority proved cleanroom is put into use that will further elevate the quality of PEEK products made by Junhua PEEK, also meet the mandatory requirements of production environment regulations for food, medical, and even implantable PEEK products.
